4/10GreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageI am surprised the physical building is still standing. It is old and depressing to see. There is no hospitality when you approach the building other than a bunch of cars in a lot. The classrooms are very dull and boring. There is no cheerfuls colors. 6/10GreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageI am a graduate of CSA with a 3.6 GPA, 4 seals, Impact! and ArtWorks completion, and in progress for a BFA. I cannot recommend this school to anyone else. The admin have made it their mission to stamp the passion and creativity out of students there with awful art support, terrible treatment of A.I.R.'s, lack of direction for majors like Visual Arts and Theater, and overall issues including but not limited to:-Awful treatment of A.I.Rs including mismanagement, and at worst stringing along and leaving unpaid-Severely underfunded tech department with unusable desktops on campus and provided laptops that don't hold a charge or connect to the internet-Funding only being put towards Dance and Theater, despite Theater lacking clear direction since Doc's passing.-Implementing AI Generated art on their social media pages and refusing to take it down-Lack of care of students emotional wellness-Painting over murals for higher-up approvalAnd this is only the beginning. Fantastic teachers, great student body, yet the school is being sucked and bled dry of its legacy by the admin running it and the district overseeing it. Do not come here if given the chance.Other Review1y ago8 Reviews - The School Of One

4/10GreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageAs a recent graduate, I can confidently say that my experience was far more positive than many might expect. While there were occasional challenges such as conflicts or instances of student disrespect, these are not uncommon in most educational environments. In my case, the experience was largely defined by supportive, dedicated teachers who were genuinely committed to sharing their knowledge and helping us succeed. My classmates were respectful, friendly, and close-knit; we supported one another and fostered a sense of community. Although there were a few difficult individuals, they were never part of my immediate class group. The educators made learning engaging and did their best to create a positive and enjoyable environment. I’m truly grateful to have graduated with the guidance of compassionate staff, outstanding teachers, and a welcoming peer group.Other Review11mo ago2 Reviews - Lincoln West School Of Global Studies

"I live in a newer subdivision in Hough so I don’t know if these experiences are common in other parts of the neighborhood. My only noise issue is the constant sirens of ambulances and the noise of medical helicopters being so close to a large hospital. "

"To hear gun shots almost every night in a neighborhood that’s suppose to be an upcoming neighborhood is unheard of. You can build all the nice homes and facilities you would like but it still won’t change the fact that you’re closely surrounded by high crime areas where acts of assaults, murders, break ins to name a few occur ... this neighborhood has really changed within the last 5-7 years. So sad but investing in a home in this area right now this would not be the time. "
