Update 1/15: hardwoods finally refinished! The end is here! Couple things ordered but otherwise Im finally done!--Former builder model renovated to continue as the best house in the community! Kitchen renovated, granite, new kitchen aid/jenn air/Bosch appliances, hardwoods refinished and stained, entire home painted, updated bathrooms with quartz vanities, new cordless blinds, new carpet, brushed nickel doorknobs, modern led lighting including a Bluetooth enabled light bulb in the kitchen (very cool!), update several plugs for USB charging stations, deck and gazebo, 14'x28' hardscape patio with celtic wall and sitting/kids play area. It’s awesome. Might decided to stay it’s so awesome ?? The best inside and out! Finished basement with office/exercise room and 5th room. Master bedroom has large sitting area with gas fireplace and large shower and sep soaking tub! Landscaping cleaned up!
