About this House

Home for rent located in the beautiful neighborhood of Gaspee Point! With desirable beach access right around the corner and a water view of the cove, this home features 2 bedrooms and 1 full bathroom, along with a spacious living room, quaint kitchen space, washer/dryer, a large yard with a wonderful back patio area including a built in awning! The yard has a shed available for storage, as well as some basement and attic space. The home is located in a quiet neighborhood nestled in a privately owned community.

If interested, please contact our management office to request an application. APPLICATION MUST BE COMPLETED PRIOR TO VIEWING THE HOME.

Renter is responsible for all utilities, including water/sewer. Maintaining the yard/landscape is also the responsibility of the renter. Property is managed by Spring Green at Gaspee Point, and all applicable standards must be maintained. One year lease, with an early termination fee. 30 day notice required for move-out.

Must have a monthly income of at least 2 & 1/2 times the monthly rent. Income verification required. Background check/credit check is mandatory for all renters and will be completed once application is processed.

Non-refundable one time pet fee (per pet) of $300.00

Parking available (driveway), no street parking.

First month's rent and security deposit both due at move-in
