Many positive changes with the new principal. Te school was the #1 school in the district for growth based on Spring 2017 scores, so I question the "3" ranking. Choir and dance program are fantastic. Student council elections held every year and meeting with student leaders are held monthly (sometimes more often). PTO program is growing as well as the parent volunteer program.

"We have farmers market on Thursdays, food banks every week, Christmas and fair parades. Poppy festival, flea markers, and go-cart races are fun. The A. V. fair, beach bus, concerts in the park."

"They would like that people would start a conversation about their dog. There’s always neighbors outside their homes watering the grass or doing something outside and they always say hello. "

"I walk my dogs all the time and very rarely have I ever had a problem. Once or twice with other dogs out of their years without a leash. Yet, if you catch people outside their house, they'll usually smile or say hello if you say hello first. "

"I have lived in this neighborhood in the same home on the same street for fifteen years and counting. My neighbors are great . This is a very kid friendly street. The High school wonderful very very happy with the autism program "
