Recreational activities include: hiking Blue Job and Parker mountains, visiting Little Niagra Falls, enjoying kayaking, boating and swimming at beautiful Bow Lake. The elementary school bus picks up and drops off K-8 students at the driveway. Students in grades 9-12 can choose to attend the desirable Coe-Brown Northwood Academy (tuition free) or the Spaulding High School in Rochester. Grass cutting and snow plowing provided. Move-in date may be flexible. Rent is $3100 per month plus utilities (fuel, electric and internet). There is no cost for water and sewer. A well behaved dog will be considered with an additional fee. No smoking or vaping allowed in the home. Security deposit, first month's rent, one year lease, rental insurance and an accurate background check is required.
