The six month minimum lease. Month to month lease is available for an additional $200 a month fee. One small pet is allowed. Prefer single occupant. No smoking in the space. One parking Spot included. Vehicle on site is required to be kept in Functioning and clean condition. There is a small outdoor storage unit for use that comes with the space. Occupant is responsible for securing all items inside. Homeowner lives on site at the property In the main home. Fair use of the pool is available. The Pool may be unavailable to the tenant during certain times and that schedule will be discussed upon agreement of lease. Tenant is responsible for the patio area and maintaining its basic overall cleanliness. No outside storage is allowed in the patio area. Landlord reserves that right to access the space with 24 hour notice (upon tenant approval). Rent is separate from utilities which are all inclusive at $500 - water, and electricity are expected to be used in a reasonable manner.

    "I lived in this house for 4 years and it was a dream. Loved everything about it. It’s a safe neighborhood with great people. The walls are so thick so it’s very quiet. I worried when I moved in that there would be homeless or people walking down the streets (I can from LA) and it never happened. I would sit on the front porch for hours with my dog and it was just the best. Whoever gets this home (and closet!!) will love it. "
