1 Medium sized furry friend acceptable w/ nonrefundable pet fee of $250 plus a $25 "pet rent" per month, per pet. Animal bite insurance will be required to be added to the renters insurance policy.

Proof of renters insurance will be required with security deposit.

Smoking inside the home is prohibited.

Pool maintenance is included.

Pest control is required through the duration of the lease, a pest control company is currently providing discounted for tenant to resume payment if they so choose. Service currently approx $60 every other month with unlimited respray services.

Backyard landscaping is required either at tenants expense for professional landscaper or by the tenant themselves. A professional landscaper is currently providing services at $60 per month. Tenant may resume payments.
