The bedroom is also equipped with pocket doors for efficiency.

This unit is ONLY for one (1) person occupancy. NO overnight visitors. NO pets allowed. No party and overnight music. Smoking and drugs of any kind are STRONGLY PROHIBITED in this property.

The landlord will cover for water and trash bills. Wi-Fi will also be provided as a courtesy and can be removed upon discussion. The tenant will be responsible for other utility fees including electricity.

There will be a $50 dollar application fee for credit and background checks. Applicants are required to show proof of employment/sufficient funds to cover 2.5 months of rent along with 1 personal reference.

    "I’ve lived in this neighborhood for 6 years. It’s pretty quiet and it seems most people like to keep to themselves and not cause a ruckus. I run around 8-9pm in the dark and generally feel pretty safe. The thing you most likely have to lookout for are the coyotes. Other than that, I enjoy living in the neighborhood and it seems like it’s safe enough that parents don’t mind letting their kids out to play."
