About 8 minutes to the Eugene airport, 12 minutes to PeaceHealth Riverbend Hospital and less than 15 minutes to the University of Oregon and downtown Eugene.

    "There’s a lot of homeless but not much crime. It’s affordable and safe. The parks are nice, and it’s got decent schools. I would definitely buy a house in this area at some point. There’s some trashy elements in the apartment complexes but it’s pretty full of community feeling and people look out for one another here too. "
