The property has another detached home in the back, but this rental is the front house with its own separate access. You do not need to pass through the other tenant's space, and the home itself is completely detached.

Month-to-month lease with a minimum 30-day stay. Tenant is responsible for all utilities, including gas, electric, water, trash, and internet, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

First month's rent and a refundable security deposit equal to one month's rent (negotiable) are due before move-in.

No smoking, parties, or events are allowed. Tenant is responsible for keeping the home clean, reporting maintenance issues promptly, and following all lease terms and house rules. The property may not be sublet or used for short-term rental activity.

Any pets must be approved in advance. Move-in date, furnishing details, and any additional terms will be confirmed in the lease.
