"Dog owners would like this is a dog friendly neighborhood Dislike some owners don’t pick up their own dog feces"
  • Ayana Cunningham
"I don’t use public transportation. Driving in this area is hassle free and the most traffic is during rush hour which is to be expected."
  • Officiallyangelique
"I lived here for 2 years and it’s not the best place to raise a family. I hear gun shots all the time. It’s what I can afford but I wish it was a little better. "
  • Rosa BISONO
"I don’t know i drive but I’ve seen buses around. Major high ways are closet by supermarkets shopping centers and malls"
  • Trulia User
"I live near it. Have friends that live there . it's nice for kids on holoween and Christmas time lights up . very festive . everyone gets along with each other "
  • Ricardo C.
"I leave in this community for 15 years and I enjoy everything around it. Near to the beach and restaurant."
  • Trulia User
"free chess pool parties earth day etc. dog paloozas soccer games etc. etc. ........................................."
  • Trulia User
"Some people don't walk their dogs on a leash or they let their dogs roam the neighborhood. While I was walking my dog once, a dog that wasn't being walked on a leash attacked my dog. Thankfully she wasn't hurt. And no, neither was any type of bully breed dog (e.g. pitbull terriers, staffordshire terriers, bulldog, etc)."
  • Brandonjbro
"Everyone has a dog but no local dog parks. So you have to walk your dog around a neighborhood with little to no room for your dog to play "
  • Melissa
"Nice neighborhood clean environment accessible to major highways and stores . Lots of schools and churches "
  • D M.
"there is a specific are for walking dogs. where you would still have to clean up after the dog. dogs are not welcome unless it's a service pet "
  • Jeunemensly5
"dog owners wouldn't like trash being on the floor, because like trash looks like food to dogs and they can easily die. "
  • Kersten L.
"People speed really bad in my neighborhood and I fear for my dogs safety. If your dog gets off the leash it could be hit by a car because people speed."
  • Anika T.
"For safety reasons...living in this area is just not for everyone moving up north is a much better safer and economically better..."
  • Pharaoh A.
"Nothing unique concerning Lauderhill. Many live here being able to not afford living someplace else. I live here currently but will be moving to a better community at the end of the month. Can’t say very positive things about a community where people openly use and deal drugs. "
  • Pharaoh A.
"It’s a “temporary” community at best to live in. The area is rampant with drugs and crime and people are generally not clean in their surroundings. After living in the community for a year, I will be looking for a better community ASAP. "
  • Mundy L.
"There are plenty of children in the neighborhood and well as public schools. Most of the children range between the ages of 5 and 11"
  • Thomas C.
"I haven’t had any issues with anyone since I’ve been living in this neighborhood. Schools are closed for Elementary and there is a middle high school close. Public transportation is close. Shopping malls are close county parks also."
  • Dainia W.
"They wouldn’t like this area. Especially in the George Town community. People do not pick up after their dogs in this neighborhood "
  • Rafael M.
"it really doesn't matter because most dog owners do not pick up after their dogs. this used to be a nice neighborhood at one time. "
  • Trulia User
"Very convenient for transportation if you don’t own car buses in every direction through the the buses run every 15 min "
  • Trulia User
"Great public transportation for the beaches , malls and schools. Quiet neighborhoods close gas stations"
  • Jason
"this neighborhood is is like most neighborhoods that is in urban setting you need to be aware of your surroundings and everything will be okay"
  • Trulia User
