  • Carrie Anne
"Not a very kid friendly city in general, but if you live on the outskirts of Tucson; East- Tanque Verde/Vail, North (Oro Valley), West(Picture Rocks), and far south (Sahuarita) then it’s pretty nice!"
  • Carrie Anne
"Not much to do for kids. Bad schools. Almost no parks in the area, side walks randomly cease. It’s 100+degrees for 2/3rds of the year. Don’t recommend "
  • Trulia User
"good quiet place to live I like it can't really great with no traffic noise at all and it's very secluded area were I live"
  • Trulia User
"With a lack of concrete sidewalks (just dirt and gravel) dogs freely poop along their walks. Many (if not most) of the owners do not pick up after them. if you walk at night, take a flashlight and keep an eye on the ground. "
  • Trulia User
"Good place to live and friendly neighbors and stores are close by and fast food restaurants are close by "
  • Trulia User
"my neighborhood has great access to food and grocery. there are multiple stores around in this small area that can make people in the area save gas and money by walking to these stores that are so close by."
  • Trulia User

  • Trulia User
"Its a good Neighborhood to live i. Shopping plazas all arounds. Alot of places to eat and hav fun. Schools are close by"
  • Trulia User
"There are sidewalks most places but oftentimes there will be loose dogs or cats, which makes it hard for an owner who has a less than stellar trained dog."
  • Patricia R.
"It is a friendly neighborhood . Parks, school, and stores nearby. It is a peaceful area. Family friendly"
  • Ndietz59
"They would like , that’s there are a lot of dog owners in the area..And they are close to the river walk"
  • Gelfling Q.
"Cars speed don’t let them out if they’re not going to pay attention. And homeless are pretty common at the circle ks"
  • Heather
"You have to walk a ways to catch the bus and would not recommend walking at night alone alot of different types of people out at that time. And there are only two buses that run thru here."
  • Amber V.
"There are a lot of dogs that live outside and the neighborhood is noisy. People do not pick up after their dogs. "
  • CarlisGotti
"I live here and feel very safe and comfortable aside that I think some home owners whom rent out there rooms should do an extensive background check. But for the most part I really enjoy this side of town alot"
  • Ortaeabel
"Its safe even at night times. only a few occasion when I have encountered intoxicated people usually just at convenience stores."
  • Andymartinez
"Friendly neighbors, close to the freeway, great school district. Close to the biggest mall and downtown."
  • Mpython01
"I like the park being close to the house. Stores restaurants and businesses are a very short drive. There are beautiful views of the mountains and sunsets. its safe to walk your dog at night. "
  • Adiaz983
"The main things are within walking distance if I wanted to walk. Schools, stores, restaurants, banks, everything that I need or care is close by. Even my job is only 10 to 15 minutes drive thanks to I-10 that is so close"
  • Mary S.
"Stable neighborhood near NW Hospital with easy access to I10. Flowing Wells School District"
  • Ed K.
"The area would be nice but after dark is when the real city comes out. Drug addicts, dealers, and hookers. The area look great during the day. The police are in our MHP at least 2 times a day on any given day of the week. "
