Clubhouse Bus Stop is across the street that takes you into Vail Village in just a few minutes. Fallridge is the only condo complex in the golf course area which consists mainly of luxury homes thus Bus routes are far less crowded. BEAUTIFUL one mile walk to Ford Park/ Golden Peak Ski Lift along Vail Valley Drive! Very quiet peaceful complex. Pool and hot tub. Heated underground parking place with secure storage. Main bike trail nearby. Tv has basic cable and unit has dedicated Wi-Fi connection. Dedicated parking space with storage in owner's garage. Another parking garage for guests is located one level down from owner's garage. All utilities except electric are included.

Want lease April to mid November. Please dont ask to rent it during ski season. Owner pays all utilities. No smoking on property. Dedicated underground parking space with lots of storage. Shorter term possible if it doesn't rent by March

    "Teach your kids how to walk on the sidewalk and not in the shoulder of the road, 5 feet away. Also, go the speed limit, if someone flashed their lights at you, you’re either going too slow or you’re going to fast, and they are warning you that the fuzz is ahead.
