This is a very clean, cute house for very tiny house living, with a yard for a small pet WITHOUT an extra monthly pet fee.
It's size means less money spent to heat and cool to keep the inside temperature very comfortable.
 We replaced all 4 windows with double pain an added extra insulation throughout.
The porch is a nice size that adds extra living space with a washer and dryer.
 It has a private backyard where a person can enjoy the outdoors, have a BBQ and plant a garden. This property has a house in front and two small units in the back. Unit #2 is in the back.
It has a new fence, gate, new wood look tile flooring throughout, new AC unit, new tile in the shower and freshly painted.
 We can add more counter space or rolling cart if needed. The yard has room for a BBQ.
Parking is off the alley.
This house might be the perfect place for you if you enjoy a small yard to maintain and enjoy being outside. Due to the small-scale of the house we will rent to two or less people.
Cross streets are 16 street and McDowell, just across the street from the Coronado neighborhood, and down the street from Banner Medical Center also within 3 miles from the Phoenix Children's Hospital. Three point two miles will bring you to Chase field and the youthful vibe of down town. Being so close to theater performances, sporting events, live music, attractions and museums also great restaurants and shopping a person can immerse themselves with adventure of living so close to it all.

If you have long term steady income and great rental history & references, fill out the Zillow application and make an appointment to tour the tiny house.

This is a one year lease. After that it's month to month at the same rental rate.
Tenant pays water, trash and sewage at $50.00 a month that is already included in the 900.00.

 No Smoking.
Tenant responsible for keeping the yard mowed and clean.
We supply mower, weed eater and yard tools.
If yard work isn't fun for you than we can hire it out and raise the rent.
We allow medium size or smaller pets, limit of three depending on the type and size of pet.
 If pet is larger it's by approval only. There is a $300 deposit for each pet. No monthly fee.
No extra hidden fees .

    "I lived in this house for 4 years and it was a dream. Loved everything about it. It’s a safe neighborhood with great people. The walls are so thick so it’s very quiet. I worried when I moved in that there would be homeless or people walking down the streets (I can from LA) and it never happened. I would sit on the front porch for hours with my dog and it was just the best. Whoever gets this home (and closet!!) will love it. "
