This home is offered furnished except for the living room couch. All other furniture stays, subject to negotiation. Main bedroom has a king bed. Second and third bedrooms upstairs work well as home offices but could be converted to bedrooms if you wish. Across the street from Kaiser Hospital and about 1 mile from Swedish, Harborview, and Virginia Mason Hospitals. Close walking distance to grocery, parks, nightlife. Half a mile from the light rail station.

This home will be renter-occupied until late August. We are offering a 12-month lease starting the first half of September. Fully furnished except the main couch in the living room. Renter pays utilities based on usage.

No smoking. We're fine with a couple of cats or dogs, no breed restrictions.

Use the weightlifting equipment at your own risk. Owners are not responsible for injury.
