There is a barstool window between the dining room and kitchen. The kitchen has brand new stainless steel appliances. The 5-burner gas range stove even has it's own griddle. There is a large double door refrigerator. There are 3 bedrooms upstairs. 2 have large closets with additional storage above the closet. The front bedroom has a skylight and the back bedroom has access to the top closed-in back porch. The middle bedroom can work as an office/nursery or can have a closet installed to be made into a true bedroom. The bathroom has a tub with a detachable shower head. The house has radiant heat, Brand New Central A/C and a gas hot water heater. The laundry room will be located on the lower back porch with a new washer and dryer.

This house only has one unit. House is being rented until end of August. Please request a showing. Dogs allowed with $600 non-refundable pet deposit. No cats. Lawn/trees will be maintained by owner. Areas can be established for tenant gardening purposes. Utilities are not included. Pictures are older and don't show new fridge/ washer / dryer.
