There is a large double door refrigerator. There are 3 bedrooms upstairs. 2 have large closets with additional storage above the closet. The front bedroom has a skylight and the back bedroom has access to the top closed-in back porch. The middle bedroom can work as an office/nursery or can have a closet installed to be made into a true bedroom. The bathroom has a tub with a detachable shower head. The house has radiant heat, Brand New Central A/C and a gas hot water heater. The laundry room will be located on the lower back porch with a new washer and dryer.

This house only has one unit. House is being rented until end of August. Please request a showing. Dogs allowed with $600 non-refundable pet deposit. No cats. Lawn/trees will be maintained by owner. Not too far from Union Station where you can commute to other areas using the yellow and green lines. Also use the trolley which is free fare.
