Description

Original house built in the early 1900's, partially remodeled in the early 1980's. House is on a small hill on the corner of 42nd and Garfield, and a block away from the Park itself in Madison Park and 2 blocks away from Madison Beach. Although the house is one of the oldest in the neighborhood, it's also clearly one of the most loved and lived in. I have lived here for over 40 years with my husband, who grew up in this house and inherited it from his mom when she passed and we hope to be able to pass it along to our 2 daughters when the time comes as well.
1600 42nd Ave E, Seattle, WA 98112 is a 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom, 810 sqft single-family home in Madison Park, built in 1919. It is currently off market. The Trulia Estimate is $1,021,500, with a rent estimate of $4,273/month.
