There is a well-manicured patio, with a very green section on side of the house. House comes with 2 car garage, new garage door opening system with video and set for Amazon key delivery. The garage can fit 2 cars and here are 2 additional parking spots infant of garage. Next there are 3 visitor guest parking available for visits only. Renter will pay for utilities and garbage collection fee. Renters to maintain the yard to comply with HOA requirement for safety and fire hazard. Smoking outdoor only.     "It’s a great area to raise a family, there’s good schools for kids and many playgrounds. The neighborhood on the east side of Kerner Blvd is quiet and friendly. There’s a short walk to the water where you can have a nice jog or just take in the beauty."

    "I I’ve here most of my life and it’s a great place for families. It’s quiet and pretty safe. There are some pockets with bad individuals, there are some crimes here and there but overall it’s pretty safe. "

    "Something important for parents to know about canal is that the parking situation had gotten really bad. You have to move your car every four hours and you get tickets more than before. Canal also tends to be unsafe and walking alone at night would be a horrible idea. "
