About this House

Hi my name is Scott Graves of LSG Builders / Developers LLC. I have built over 30 new homes and renovated close to 40 homes from the basement up. This is one of my modular homes, plus half was custom built onsite. This was also my personal home of 11 years. i have a new place close by so i can remove the balance of personal items within a week so don't worry about me being out. This home had a blower door test and passed at 3.8 when it was allowed a 4.0. Annual heating cost is around 2000. Please don't call to ask me to list with you, my choice to list myself. Please also don't ask to see it unless you are ready with a letter from a bank with pre approval. Please also setup a showing as there is a gate to the property and a long 1800 foot driveway and we don't want anyone unannounced. Contemporary Ranch w/ 5+ acres, secluded lot in West Pittsfield.
