    "Hampton Manor is a quiet community with nice neighbors and a great elementary school. Red Mill was recognized in 2011 as a National Blue Ribbon School. Just 10 minutes from downtown Albany and local shopping centers. There is a pond in the center of the neighborhood which is nice to walk around. There is also a small playground for children. Both the police and fire station are located less than a mile away. All in all, a nice little starter home bedroom community neighborhood."
