Every room in the house has high tech fans with remotes for dimmers & speeds, complementary bathrobes and hampers, spa towels and washcloths fully stocked in bathrooms. Beautifully decorated. The bedrooms have windows and blinds and full-length mirrors - the house is turn-key ready to move in, just bring your clothes and decorative items if you wish; rooms have decor. There is a full bath and powder bath for roommates. The bedrooms also have 55" Samsung wall-mounted flat-screen TVs with full Cox Cable package with On Demand and movie channels (HBO, Showtime etc;) Upgraded high speed internet (upgraded to fastest possible) ALL UTILITIES PAID FOR Hopefully you love dogs because I'm looking to adopt a larger breed this month! (but no other pets please).
It is close to the freeway (8 min), close to Lake Mead (10 min to water) and close to the strip (20 min). Located in new development off of Lake Mead Pkwy on the outskirts (easy to navigate with only 2 turns) and there is more privacy than most homes and has a huge backyard with pavers on driveway & in front/back patios. Huge front outside patio & backyard with patio cover with lights & high tech fan. The front yard is fully landscaped with lighting and the backyard is not even done yet. The development has 6 pools, 6 parks, bikes to rent, bike paths & dog parks, and a new Smith's shopping center is going in. I have ADT, Nest/Ring systems for security of the home with a keypad for entry (so no house keys!) full home privileges. Looking for 1 female roommate/employed professional with steady income, age 20s/30s. (No children to live in home) Credit check/Background check required, paycheck stubs & references. Smoking ok in backyard, vapes in house ok. Small $200 deposit, looking for roommate to move in immediately but if you need to move mid-month I will pro-rate. There are 3 of us girls here right now & we are all pretty easy-going and hang out from time to time, looking for someone to rent out the largest bedroom I now have available.
