Spacious room with private bathroom recently renovated new floors new paint, laundry unit in the house full access to kitchen living room smoking is OK outside

Credit check is $30 deposit is 500 looking for six months to one year lease. Our family dog is in the backyard. Backyard is not accessible to renters.
