Room Description

NOT ENTIRE HOUSE FOR RENT. Fully Furnished Basement Bedroom Available for one female. Basement is shared with one female roommate. Bedroom comes with a small fridge, Keurig machine, toaster, omelette maker, dishes, silverware, paper towels, and available pantry space. Room comes with a queen size bed, a super soft Ugg comforter, linens, electric blanket, pillows, towels, laundry baskets, hangers, and cleaning supplies. Full-size refrigerator now downstairs for both roommates to share. Semi private entrance for tenant with an ADT security system and keypad entry to basement and bedroom. Relax in the shared basement living room, watch TV, eat, or melt away in the shared, huge spa shower. Full access to the upstairs large kitchen and laundry room to cook and do laundry. All bills are included with fast Xfinity wifi.
The home is modern, beautifully decorated, and has lots of natural sunlight. Everything was meticulously chosen with a traveler in mind. All comforts of home included. UCH ANSCHUTZ MEDICAL CAMPUS is only 4 miles away. Denver International Airport is only 12 minutes away. There's also a light rail 2 miles away and nearby bus stops. Great location. A new Costco is only a half mile walk from my front door! Lots of shopping and restaurants in nearby Northfield Mall, Central Park and Stapleton area. One mile drive to highway ramp to get to Highway I 70 and 225 South. Planet fitness is one .6 mile away on Chambers Road. Two miles away in Green Valley ranch are grocery stores.
In the summer, Avion's community building, called The Hub , has open the large pool, jacuzzi, fire pits and BBQ grills to residents and guests. I Supply beach chairs and towels. It's only a 5-minute walk from the house.
Minimum 6 month lease

I always video chat with people interested in the rental prior to any lease agreement. The lease agreement is for a fully furnished bedroom with kitchenette and a big shared bathroom in the basement apartment. Rent is $1200/month with all bills included. $1000 refundable deposit. $300 cleaning fee collected when you move in. Month to month lease, but seeking long-term tenant. Free street parking. No pets whatsoever. No smoking or drugs. Renter's insurance is required. Everyone must get a background check, credit report, and eviction history prior to moving in.proof of employment.
