There's a semi private entrance to the basement with a full ADT security system. Basement has its own living room with TV, a brand new full-size refrigerator/freezer, dinette set, and a large, shared bathroom with a gorgeous spa shower surrounded in tile. Its 7ft long and over 6ft tall with a built-in bench. The basement is approximately 1200sq ft in size. Im seeking long-term roommate, but im open to a short term lease.

The bedroom kitchenette includes a 2.2 cubic ft fridge, Keurig machine with pods, dishes, microwave, toaster, paper towels, silverware, and storage. Plus, you have full access to the fully equipped kitchen and laundry room upstairs with LG appliances. Enjoy Avion Community's pool, jacuzzi, fire pits, and BBQ grills in the summer. New city park just opened around the corner from the home.

I'm looking for a long-term roommate, but I will consider a short term lease agreement. Credit report/eviction history/ background check required. Good references. Deposit is refundable. No smokers, no drugs, no pets.
