Great location. Home is close to hospitals, and popular parts of Denver. Big Costco is only a half mile walk from my front door! Lots of shopping and restaurants in nearby Northfield mall, Central Park and Stapleton area. One mile drive to highway ramp to get to Highway I 70 and 225 South. Planet fitness is less than a mile away. Two miles away in Green Valley ranch are grocery stores. Free street parking in front of house, which is monitored by security cameras.

The one bedroom/1 bath lease agreement is month-to-month, but I do prefer long-term tenants. The lease length is negotiable. All potential tenants must pass a criminal background check, credit report, and eviction history. They also must have a good reference and proof of income. Rent is $1200/month with $1000 refundable deposit and a one-time $300 cleaning fee when you move in. No pets or drugs, no smoking, and no weapons allowed. Renters insurance required.
