Planet fitness is less than a mile away. Two miles away in Green Valley ranch are grocery stores. Free street parking in front of house, which is monitored by security cameras.
The one bedroom/1 bath lease agreement is month-to-month, but I do prefer long-term tenants. The lease length is negotiable. All potential tenants must pass a criminal background check, credit report, and eviction history. They also must have a good reference and proof of income.
