ADT home security system. Bedroom has keypad entry. Avion community pool, jacuzzi, and BBQ grills are open. Newly built city park is open and within walking distance. UCH ANSCHUTZ -5 miles away. Airport is 14 mins. Hwys I-70 /225 are one mile away. Lightrail 2 miles away. Home is a short drive to hospitals. Costco is 0.5 miles away. Lots of shops/restaurants in nearby Northfield Mall, Central Park, and Stapleton. Downtown is 25 minutes

The one bedroom/one private bath has brand new furniture and essentials. The lease agreement is month-to-month, but I do prefer long-term tenants. All potential tenants must pass a criminal background check, credit report, and eviction history. They also must have a good reference and proof of income. Rent is $1250/month with $1000 refundable deposit and a one-time $300 cleaning fee when you move in. No pets or drugs allowed, No smoking/vapes, and no weapons allowed. Renters insurance required. A videochat with landlord prior to seeing place in person is required. This allows video viewing of the rental space to see if it's still a good fit.
