Nice quiet neighborhood with great neighbors.Small pets acceptable with $200 non-refundable fee.

This is a non-smoking house, although smoking is permissible on the deck. Tenant is responsible for all utilities. No lease is required after the first year, then rent is on a month to month basis with a 30 day notice required before moving.

A one year lease is requried for the first year. After that, 30 days notice is required to vacate at any time.

    "Only takes 10 minutes pretty much anywhere you want to go in Jacksonville. There is some traffic but not like a city. I feel safe driving. There is no public transportation here. It’s a simple quiet town. Beautiful tho especially in the fall "
