This is a non-smoking house, although smoking is permissible on the deck or anywhere outside.Tenant is responsible for all utilities. No lease is required after the first year, then rent is on a month to month basis with a 30 day notice required before moving.

A one year lease is requried for the first year. After that, 30 days notice is required to vacate at any time.
