Tenant shall alert landlord of any non-functioning fixtures or systems in the home within a reasonable amount of time to facilitate repair and minimize damage to the property. Tenant shall provide access to the property for contractors to complete necessary work with 24 hour notice from landlord.
This property is subject to CCRs. No loud parties, excess number of inhabitants (Only those on lease agreement are permitted on the premise. Visitors allowed for 72 hours), excess number of pets (2 allowed).
Late rent fee of $250/day shall be charged after 5 days late.
Reusable tenant reports are not accepted. Tenant shall obtain new rental report through the Zillow renter portal. Tenant screening requires proof of ability to pay through paystubs, proof of employment, creditworthiness, references, rental history, etc. Credit check will apply. Landlord reserves the right to deny rental applications based on creditworthiness, references, rental history, inability to pay, or any other reason that may arise not in violation of the Fair Housing Act or local Seattle rental statutes.
