Must be at least 525.-Employment: Be fully employed by the same employer for at least 5 months with available proof.What does it cost to move in? - $160: Lease administrative fee.- $(listed amount): Security Deposit- $(listed amount): First months rent in full- $(depends on city): Water turn on, each city is different, water affidavits can cost up to $500.MISC.*Certain Restrictions Apply.*Listings are subject to change without notice.*If denied you must wait 3 months to reapply.*If we are running a move in special, the special move in cost will also include an additional $160 lease administration fee that will be charged upon move in.* If you move in with a move in special the second month will not be prorated regardless of the day you move in.* If you're moving in with a special make note of when you set your move in date. The younger generation use the streets as a race track with no concern of the kids that are on the block for that reason I feel the police presence is needed more but other than that the street lights and well lit I don’t feel too much danger because I know the neighbors in this neighborhood"
