All large appliances included are a Stove, Microwave, Dishwasher, Refrigerator, Washer, and Dryer. Furnishings for 3 bedrooms and living room available. Long-term renter will be responsible for the damage and replacement of any appliances.

Rent agreements for Short term or Long term rental - month-to-month lease required.
Long-Term Rental Rate - 12 months @ $2600 / month
Short-Term Rental Rate - 6 months @ $2700 / month

Includes ALL utilities - Avoid deposits for service connections -Electric, Water, Sewer, Trash, Yard Care, Wifi, and Roku TV services if needed. The home is furnished if needed or the tenant can bring own furnishings.
