About this House

This is a fisherman Waterman's adventure and dream. Located on gulf easy access to the main water 2 minutes away on a boat about 7 or 8 minutes on a canoe or kayak fish enjoy jet ski has its own dock and ramp to launch your boat. Has a big screened in patio outside in the back private fence two lots. The rent is 30 days can be even 15 days you can call and work out with us or 3 months. As it is rented from November to April. The price is $2,450 for the entire month includes all utilities water electric sewer and garbage and Wi-Fi. If you're interested call as we are the owners there's no application fee or anything like that. Also has room to store RV and has a shed in the back. RV is no longer there right now.

This is a beautiful two bedroom one and a half bath on the water a minute or two away with a boat to the main golf fish from your dock bring your boat 23 ft 25 ft can hang out on the dock you have your boat slip that is also there at the house it's a boaters dream screen then patio very big shed for extra storage we're looking for short-term lease one to three months the rent is $2,500 a month and it includes the water garbage and sewer. Electric will be paid by usage
