Flooring is mostly off white ceramic tile with the carpet in the bedrooms and living room area being a nice neutral color. The lanai is glassed in and has it’s own window air conditioner for year round use. The home is being offered furnished. The central heat and air is 5 years old. You can use the home year round or rent it out during the winter.
