An updated unit in a quiet community with hiking opportunities outside your back door! Relatively close to the 51 and backed up against the West Side of the Phoenix Mountains Preserve. Gorgeous inside with all new appliances and aesthetic attention to detail. Spectacular views outside from back patio, upstairs bedroom, and upstairs balcony. There is a dedicated shelf for your Wifi router that is mounted in the unit at a central location to maximize range.

Tenant responsible for Electricity, Cox and Direct TV are available. HOA pays for sewer, trash, and water. Right now with the volatile market we're preferring no more than a 1 year lease, but can do a 2 year lease for an additional $50/month. $40 setup fee due during lease signing as well as a refundable security deposit in the amount of your first month rent.
