Utilities: The tenant is responsible for all utilities, including water, gas, electric, city services, and internet. All utilities must be transferred into the tenant's name prior to move-in.

Yard Maintenance: Tenants are responsible for maintaining the landscaping. However, if you prefer a hassle-free option, professional landscaping maintenance can be added for an optional additional monthly fee.

Pet Policy: We are incredibly pet-friendly! Up to 2 pets are welcome with no additional pet fees, pet rent, or pet deposits required. (Your pets will love the private, block-fenced yard!).
