Tenants pay utilities (gas heat, electricity, trash), owner does snow plowing, and lawn maintenance. Tenant shovels walk and stairs. Security deposit and first months rent, application and background check required. NO SMOKING. NO PETS. Parking is outside and two cars preferred, no garage.

The people are great and Northeast Elementary including the Ithaca City School District is beyond amazing. Northeast Ithaca is close to Cornell University. There are many reasons why homes in in Northeast Ithaca are in high demand."
