Located in the Waterford Park community of San Antonio, this well-maintained 2-story home offers a comfortable, functional layout with 2 huge living spaces and abundant natural light. Primary Bedroom with a HUGE closet (almost the size of a small bedroom) and private bath located on the 1st floor; office (or 5th bedroom) also located on the 1st floor. All other bedrooms located on the 2nd floor. Residents have access to HOA-maintained community amenities, including a neighborhood pool and two parks. Elementary, middle, and high schools are all within walking distance, adding everyday convenience for nearby school access. The home also offers convenient access to shopping, dining, and major roadways throughout the San Antonio area.

Can't forget to mention how friendly the neighbors are, how much fun the holidays can be, especially Halloween with tons of trick-or-treating, and just how great the community is overall! Another bonus is that your landlords are pretty hands-off and respectful of your privacy, BUT attentive and responsive if an issue comes up. Our current tenants have had really kind things to say about their experience with us and the home, too, and are only moving to pursue their exciting next chapter.

A little note if you happen to drive by: The exterior is currently in a transition phase and may not look quite like the photos just yet. The neighborhood is lacking grocery stores, restaurants, bars, or any kind of social evening nightlife really. The streets are relatively well kept in the sidewalks are as well. I feel very safe, but it’s nott necessarily a neighborhood where I would go out walking after 9 PM. Neighbors are friendly if you are proactive in speaking with them. It is about the least outgoing, bunch of neighbors I’ve ever had in terms of reaching out."
