"This is a quiet, safe family neighborhood. A few retired couples live in the area. Neat, clean and orderly neighborhood. No loud parties. A beautiful creek runs behind the homes and leads to Alimagnet Park. Playground, fishing area are a few blocks away. 20 minutes from Mall of America and 30 minutes to downtown St Paul. Minnesota Zoo 15 minutes away. "

"I have lived in this neigborhood for 9 years and my child has grown up here. Great place to raise a family! Schools are excellent and family activities are great, many parks, sports programs, and facilities year round. Very safe and quiet. Very close to highways and airport (easy commute) but still feels like you are living in the country."
