This one bedroom, one bathroom apartment home is located on the garden level (downstairs). There is a coin laundry room on the garden level of the building. The front door brings you into the large living room which has a coat closet and a wall unit a/c. The eat-in kitchen is equipped with a gas oven and frost free refrigerator and plenty of cabinets and counter space. Out the back sliding door of the kitchen is an extra large patio. There is one full bath. Plenty of storage with closets throughout. There is one free storage unit in the building for each apartment.

You are responsible for the electric bill. The gas, trash, water and sewege is paid for by management.

One year lease with an invitation to renew.

No animals are allowed.

No Marijuana Smoking is allowed.
