About this House

We've just removed wallpaper, painted and put in new carpet. Features include a living and dining room that share a double sided fireplace and both have vaulted ceilings that lend to the spacious feel. There is a formal dining room just off the kitchen that looks out over the family room and the back yard beyond. The master islocated at the rear of the house w/views of the back yard. The guest bedrooms are at the front of the house and one is currenlty being used as a den. All closets have mirrored wardrobe doors. The living room has a dry bar area. The yards are low maintenance front and back, there are views of the golf course without the inconvenience of living on the course, ther is a covered front porch and a large covered patio that runs the entire length of the house which is really like having an additional room to entertain that can be used 3 out of 4 seasons.

The city is out growing its small city infrastructure. Making traffic horrific. Enormous warehouses being built inside the city, will create local jobs! This week the local Walmart has installed one way gates located inside the store to block consumers from exiting. Soliciting for Tamales, washing of your windows and petitions are a daily practice."
