The three available bedrooms share the second full bathroom. I am seeking tenants interested in a 12-month lease who value a clean, respectful, and drama-free living environment. The home would be a great fit for working professionals, military members, graduate students, or anyone looking for a comfortable and well-maintained place to live. For transparency, I have a friendly 6-year-old American Bully who lives in the home. She is well-behaved and part of the family. I also have a 5-year-old son who stays with me approximately half of the year. I'm looking for roommates who are comfortable living in a family-oriented environment. Once all three bedrooms are occupied, I plan to move out and will then offer the master suite for rent at $2,000 per month, reflecting the added privacy of the attached bathroom.
