Looking for one roommate to sign a year lease starting October 1st. In a beautiful basement apartment in Capitol Hill near the Roost Food Hall and just steps away from Eastern Market. The apartment is a 6 minute walk away from the blue, silver, and orange line located at Potomac Avenue. Includes an in-unit dryer and washer. One of the best things about the apartment is the backyard which I've included pictures of below. Landlord lives above the basement apartment and are very friendly and attentive to any needs or requests. I have a 3-year-old cat that is very friendly and affectionate. Rent is $900 a month and utilities are included.
