I am renting 1 Bedroom Upstairs ; $760/ROOM -Utilities included *(see below for notes). This house is in Canyon Crest, about 2 mins walk to Castle View Elementary.

This room is on the 2nd floor with a shared bathroom (double sink) with 1 roommate. You will have access to the whole house Except garage.
If you are looking for quiet , peaceful , respectful house this will be the place.

There is 3 housemates currently, everyone is very clean, queit, respectful and keeps to their busy schedules.

    "Traffic is terrible. Drivers are terrible. Only one bus covers the area and the drivers are also terrible! Tons of coyotes in the area that will stalk u on a night walk. LOTS of police activity including helicopters and loud speakers at midnight or later! "

It’s nice to walk around the shopping center. there is a local dog groomer that is priced well, they leave water outside to passers by, and the apartment complexes nearby keep their grounds well. We have two small pugs and they enjoy the area. There is a large park called andulka, just down the street that is a couple blocks long, and they usually host special events there. "
