Has private low-maintenance fenced yard with shade trees and firepit on large lot. All tile floors, comfortable central AC and heat, full kitchen, open living/dining area with ceiling fan, window coverings in all rooms. Pet-friendly. Excellent location close to downtown sports and entertainment, ASU/UA Biomedical Campus, hospitals, light rail, bus, freeways, 10 minutes to the airport. Vibrant art community and legendary Alwun House, Sidewinder, Welcome Diner, Gallo Blanco, and other great restaurants and music venues.

Full sized refrigerator and electric stove. Bathroom has large shower (no bathtub). Shared laundry facilities on-site. Easy access off-street parking and circular drive. Privately owned and managed. The adjoining property has some building materials and vehicles stored near it, but there is plenty of open space.

    "There is a lot of history and some charm, however with the freeways close by and the amount of alley ways that are present in about 95% of the properties; this area gets a lot of homeless, dumpster divers, gang bangers and scouts on the look out for burgarlizing homes. we have to be very vigilant when it comes to our exterior and the back of our home due to very unsafe and unpatroled alley ways."
