About this House

Newly renovated basement mother-in-law suite with separate entrance. Full height space with full-size windows for lots of daylight! Sound isolation installed between main living area above and this apartment to cut down on noise between the two.

We outfitted the space for our families to visit, but we're looking for a renter for the fall, ideally October 1st until December 20th, but we're flexible. Please write to check about your situation if interested.

- Easy access to shared laundry
- Kitchen with quartz counters and pop-up butcher block eating area
- Fully outfitted kitchen, including oven, dishwasher, fridge, sink, plug-in stovetop, microwave
- Kitchen equipment, including pots/pans, utensils, dishes, baking essentials
- Furnishings, including couch, double bed, stools, 50" TV
- Full-size closet (5 ft. wide) with hanging rod and set of drawers

Entrance to the apartment is off a well-lit alley and through a locked gate. Security cameras in use for everyone's safety. Sorry, no pets allowed.

No smoking. No pets (we have a dog upstairs). Utilities included in the rent. Street parking is generally easy to find. Preference will be given to renters who commit to the full fall term (October 1 - December 20th).
