Pet policy: One small dog (non-aggressive breeds) or cat allowed. Two (2) tandem parking spots included, one in the garage and one outside the garage. Garage my also be used as storage. Renters may use left half of the existing 2-car garage.

Approval is based on a holistic model that takes into account the applicant's credit score, income amount, income history, landlord references, savings, historical bank balances, rental history, and move-in date availability. Generally, a combined gross (before tax) monthly income of $9,680 and credit scores above 680 are preferred, but credit and income are not the only factors we take into consideration.
