About this House

Home is a craftsman type home with a two car garage. Great access to old town Jackson with a great view. The neighbors are friendly and area is considered very safe. Plenty of kids in the area. The home is on a hill perfect for exercise and has road on 3 sides for extra privacy. Trees have been removed in back for additional view. Morning sun hits the windows. There is a small area for parking a boat or RV. Plenty of room for growing veggies and there are 2 fire hydrants within 100 yards of the home. If you are interested in this property get hold of me by phone. Current renter loves the place and regrets having to move.

This home will soon be available for rent. Do not disturb current tenant. Year Lease, no smoking and no pets, unless you want to pay additional max deposit covering floor replacement. Good credit score and clean background check. Renter pays all utilities.
