The floor above the parlor level is the children's space and has three enormous rooms and two full baths. A full-sized vented laundry is located on this floor with well-planned built in storage and folding counter. The garden floor is bright and above grade with a separate under stoop entrance and a door in the rear to the garden. This floor is enjoyed by the children as a play area with a guest room and bath at the rear. Currently occupied as a single-family home, there is a two-family Certificate of Occupancy, and in the past the garden floor was a separate apartment with a living room, kitchen, 2 bedrooms and a bath. Systems upgrades include Savant home automation, integrated sound system, audiovisual security system and more. Mechanicals are all well-maintained and there is 5-zone central air conditioning.
