"This area is stunning with a beautiful boardwalk that runs along the Hudson River. There are abundant bike trails, the Statue of Liberty is visible everywhere. This neighborhood is warm and comfortable, we know the owners of the stores, the restaurants and bars. There are dogs, young families, and children everywhere. This is the perfect place to live."

"There’s a lot of poop on the boardwalk. People do not clean it up. Also, dogs are left unleashed on the boardwalk, which can cause an accident. "
