All Bay Management Group Baltimore residents are automatically enrolled in the Resident Benefits Package (RBP) for $39.95/month, which includes renters' insurance, credit reporting for on-time rent payments, $1M identity protection, HVAC air filter delivery (where applicable), move-in concierge services, resident rewards, and additional benefits. Participation in the RBP is voluntary and may be canceled at any time with thirty (30) days written notice. Residents who do not upload proof of qualifying renter's insurance to the tenant portal at least five (5) days prior to move-in will automatically be enrolled in the renter's insurance program portion of the RBP.
