I wish I could give this school negative 5 stars. It is absolutely the worst school I have ever came in contact with. The teachers hardly teach and let the kids do whatever, they allow them to fight and bully other kids and act like they did not see anything. They like to say the students are lying

The kids are out of control, the teacher (my son's, specifically) has admittedly given up and doesn't even try to teach anymore. They have to deal with bad behaviors all day and the kids that actually want to learn suffer. My son's grades have dropped this year by no fault of his own.

SCT IS THE BEST ELEMENTARY SCHOOL THAT BALTIMORE CITY HAS. THEY HAVE EXCELLENT STAFF TEACHERS AND PARENT VOLUNTEERS. THEY ARE VERY RESOURCEFUL WITH EACH PARENT AND THE HALF DAY CLASS FOR THE 3YR OLDS AND SPECIAL NEEDS KIDS THE HAVE AWESOME TEACHERS SOCIAL WORKERS AND THE INTERNS I CRIED WHEN THEY LE
