Furnishing include: Bedroom 1 includes an en-suite bathroom and a Tempur-Pedic queen bed. The two remaining rooms share a full bathroom. Bedroom 2 has a full bed and bedroom 3 has a twin bed. All bedrooms have a dresser, mirror, and nightstand. The twin bedroom also has a desk.
The kitchen has everything you need to make a meal, with all typical kitchen utensils, dishes, pots, etc. included. There is both a breakfast bar and a dining table.
Unwind in the living room, featuring two Ethan Allen chairs and loveseat, where you can enjoy the smart TV.
There is a private, fenced, back yard with a patio (furniture included) for entertaining, grilling out (grill included), or just relaxing.
There is a washer/dryer for use by tenants in the house.
Utilities, including internet, are included, as well as lawn care service.
The driveway can accommodate two cars parked end to end.
Will consider leases as short as 1 month for furnished rental.
Pets will be considered w/additional one time $250/pet fee.
Listed price is for a fully furnished rental with all utilities including (internet access but no cable). Flexible lease terms as short as 1 month and as long as 12 months. Additionally, Landlord shall handle exterior lawn maintenance.
